Chicken Tacos

Equipment:
-Crock pot
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs (6-8 thighs) or chicken breasts (4)
- Jar of salsa (16 oz)
- Taco seasoning (1 package)
Instructions:
-Add chicken (6-8 thighs or 4 breasts) to crock pot
-Poor jar of salsa over the top of the chicken
-Sprinkle taco seasoning (1 pkg) over the top
-Cook on high for 3.5hrs or low for 6hrs
-Once finished cooking shred the chicken
-Serve over rice, or add to a tortilla or taco shell with your chosen toppings
